freiheit is for freedom. recht is for law. einigkeit is for unity. shadow is for light. a monument is for memory. frederic the second is for peace.

"einigkeit und recht und freiheit" quotes the first line of the third strophe of the national anthem of germany. the first two strophes may not be sung as the first starts "deutschland deutschland ueber alles":
